We design cozy, kawaii-inspired products and work with trusted production partners to bring them to life through Print-on-Demand (POD) fulfillment.

Do you sell handmade items?

We currently offer Print-on-Demand products only.
Each item is made just for you when you place your order, ensuring quality and reducing waste!

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Our production partners create your items once you order.
Please allow:

  • 2–5 business days for production (making your order)

  • 5–10 business days for shipping within the U.S.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships!

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
(We hope to expand to more countries in the future — stay tuned!)

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, as long as the items are:

  • In original condition (unused and unwashed)

  • In original packaging

Please note:

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.

  • Because our items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse.

Shipping Policy

At Mochi Meadow Studio, all of our products are made-to-order just for you!
This allows us to reduce waste and create cozy, unique items with care.

Processing Time:

  • Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced and processed before shipping.

Shipping Time:

  • United States: 5–10 business days after production is completed.
    (Please note that shipping times may vary slightly due to carrier delays or seasonal demand.)

    Order Tracking:

    You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
    Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after you receive your tracking number.

    Shipping Locations:

    We currently ship within the United States only.

    Multiple Shipments:

    If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on product availability and fulfillment partner locations.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there’s ever an issue, here’s how we handle returns and replacements:

Return Eligibility

  • Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (such as wrong size, color preference, or change of mind).

  • Replacements are only offered if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all original tags and packaging if a return is requested due to a mistake.

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Contact us at mochimeadowstudio@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Note: Our Print-On-Demand partners handle all replacements and shipping directly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us with photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with our production partner to send a replacement at no charge.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
